Italian Creamy Cheese Chicken

A quick crockpot meal. Just combine and heat on low for four hours.

2 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken
1 packet of dry Italian seasoning
8 oz of cream cheese
Water to correct consistency

Serve over rice.
